Privacy policy
The short version: no forms, no accounts, no cookies of our own, no advertising. The only data processed when you visit is the technical data needed to serve you the page.

What is processed when you visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To serve each page and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about your visit: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the site working and staying secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not keep those logs ourselves.
Cloudflare acts as our processor. It is a US company, so data may be transferred to the United States, covered by its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses.
Visitor statistics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no browser fingerprinting, and only gives aggregate figures (pages viewed, country, referring site). It cannot identify you or follow you across sites.
Buy links
When you press a buy button, you pass through a redirect page of ours and land on Turisme de Barcelona’s official shop (thisisbarcelona.com). That shop sets its own cookies — including the one recording that you came from us, so we are credited with the commission — and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive commission reports, never your name, email address or payment details.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google or anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hola@magnify.ing. Since we keep no data that identifies you, we will most likely hold nothing about you, but we will reply all the same. If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If the site starts handling data differently (a newsletter, for example), we will update this page first. The other terms of use are in the legal notice.
