Which one your stay needs
The durations run in hours, not calendar days, and that works in your favour more than it looks. Validate at six on Friday evening and a 48-hour card covers you until six on Sunday evening: two full nights and three days of real use.
The usual mistake runs the other way — buying 120 hours for a four-day stay. Arrive Monday morning, leave Friday lunchtime, and the 96-hour card covers it, saving you 7,60 €.
The daily rate falls, but not by much
From 8,88 € a day on the 48-hour card to 8,28 € on the 120. That is not an aggressive volume discount: stretching the card "because it works out cheaper" is a poor reason if you will not use it.
